Potential Production constraints and how to counter them

The Potential Constraints of the production are:

• Scheduling - The Cast and Crew and the equipment would be required for the other PMP's
• Location - I may not be able to get access to my intended filming locations on the filming days
• Weather - The weather forecast of the filming days could be inaccurate and instead of it being sunny or slightly clouded, it could be torrentially raining.

how to counter the constraints:

• Make sure you schedule the equipment, cast and crew as soon as you are available to.
• the same as scheduling if you do not make sure you have a back-up location prepared.
• always double check the weather forecast and bring water proof clothing to the location and water protectors for the equipment
