Unit 62 digital video for interactive media: task 1

The brief was Set by the organisation River Tees rediscovered. the brief was for us to produce a Promotional video highlighting all the events they Sponsored such as "bat box construction", Guided Walks, Tour of a old water pumping station in Darlington, and a tour of the River Tees Barrage. The first deadline set by the client was December the 7th. where they would came and view the first draft of the video.
The planning of the completed video included mind maps about pre production such as who is filming each segment of the completed video. The segment I helped film was the Guided walk through Thornaby Woods along Bassleton Creek. however we could not get an interview due to weather and due to the fact that most of the time filming we were walking along.
the legal and ethical considerations were mainly the release forms that gave us permission to film those who were taking part of the walk as well as to make sure we weren't disturbing any of the wild life in the woods.
The brief required that the finished video was roughly five minutes long and that it featured showing the events that river Tees rediscovered sponsored.
When I was editing the segment which I helped to film (Guided Walk) I included text descriptions to summarise what was happening in the video

The resources that we had to produce the completed video had the logo that client organisation gave us permission to film the events that the client hosted/sponsored. The resources that we already had included cameras, tripods, steady camera mounts and computers to edit the footage into the finished product for the client as well as the appropriate computer programs and software
