Unit 4 Creative media PMP task 1 F: chosen Idea

My chosen Idea for my Production Management Project (PMP) is to produce a remake of Rick Astley's "Never Going to Give you Up". The reason I have chosen it is because it is widely known and it is extremely light hearted. And considering the current political climate I thought that we could all use something a bit uplifting.
For my remake it will be slightly be inspired by Robbie Williams' "Candy" and "Misery" by Maroon 5.
For the remake I wanted to make the video slightly darker in tone. The story of the video is about a woman and a persistent suitor who the lady keeps turning him down repeatedly until she starts resorting to physical violence every time the bloke appears but he keeps coming back until she files a restraining order against him.


(Edit) since originally posting this it has been slightly retooled so that the female Character doesn't notice he male character after they bump into each other and in his attempts to meet up and ask her out on a date he injures himself in various comedic ways
