Yesterday I gave my pitch for a documentary however it was quickly thrown out because it was more of an advertisement for the course. so my tutor instead made the entire pitch for me, Much to my embarrassment, A documentary about me which most of the group agreed with her throwing in additional ideas.
The pitches that came before and after my own involved a documentary about how some music groups don't reach stardom, about wrestling, about the social stigma about being a teenage mother, the difference of premier football leagues against the smaller leagues, about young people's journey into politics, the people who claim to be able to commune with spirits, foster families.
There were some very good ideas pitched but the way they were pitched was that was quite loosely presented as the people making the pitch were focussing on the wrong aspects and weren't giving the correct details.
